Trivia: Drinks All Around

There's still a ton of stuff in the ITC Swag Bin for us to give away, so we're going for an easier trivia this week.  I know I saw an Xbox 360 towel in there (no it's not pink), and some Xbox 360 eye black stickers.  We'll even make it a three-part trivia, so click through and show us what you know.
Part the first:  Who invented the original ITC Drinking Game?
Part the second:  Why was this ironic?
Part the third:  On what episode did we debut the Drinking Game?

We'll offer a piece of swag for a correct answer to each part, so you get crackin' and we'll get diggin'.
